These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website alquimiadasvirtudes.com / alchemyofvirtues.com, the content and tools offered, and PRM™ — Personality Reconstruction Matrix services conducted by Isabella Becker. By accessing the site or contracting any service, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Use of this site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any clause, you should not use the site or contract the services offered.

2. Who we are

Services and content are offered by Isabella Becker, Certified Virtologist, Professional Translator, and Founder of PRM™ — Personality Reconstruction Matrix. Operating base: Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, Germany.

3. Description of services

The site offers:

Free educational content — blog articles, videos, audio, downloadable materials, newsletter
Free self-assessment tools — Temperament Map, Soul Map (33 Virtues), 53 Evolutionary Needs Test, and other tools associated with the PRM™ protocol
PRM™ sessions — individual online sessions based on The Axis™ Protocol (Mapping · Embodiment · Action)
Programs and courses — when offered, with specific terms
Transformation Journal — exclusive platform for clients in process

4. Nature of services

The services offered do not constitute medical, clinical psychological, or psychiatric treatment. PRM™ is a methodology for human development and personality reengineering based on Virtology (a system developed by Prof. Eduardo Casarotto, founder of Virtology) integrated with applied neuroscience, cardiac coherence, music therapy, conscious breathing, and symbolic cartography.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, videos, audio, tools, illustrations, design, code, and trademarks — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

PRM™, Personality Reconstruction Matrix™, Alquimia das Virtudes™, Alchemy of Virtues™, and The Axis™ are trademarks used by Isabella Becker.
Virtology is a system developed by Prof. Eduardo Casarotto, founder of Virtology. Isabella Becker is a Certified Virtologist and applies the methodology within the scope of PRM™.
Free content may be shared provided that explicit credit is given with a link to the original site. Reproduction, modification, commercialisation, or creation of derivative works without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. User conduct

By using the site and services, you commit to:

Provide truthful and up-to-date information
Not use the site or its content for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Not attempt to access restricted areas, modify the site, or interfere with its security
Respect intellectual property and not reproduce content without authorisation
Maintain confidentiality regarding Transformation Journal content and paid materials

7. PRM™ Sessions — specific terms

7.1. Scheduling and payment

Sessions are scheduled in advance and payment must be made according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking. Prices, format, and duration are communicated before contracting.

7.2. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: rescheduling at no additional cost
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: the session is considered held, except in cases of force majeure
No-show without prior notice: the session is considered held and there is no refund

7.3. Refunds

As an immaterial and personalised service, sessions already held are non-refundable. Packages or programs with multiple sessions may be partially refunded, in proportion to sessions not yet held, within 30 days of contracting.

7.4. Confidentiality

Everything shared in session is treated under strict professional confidentiality. Therapeutic notes are stored securely and used exclusively for process follow-up.

8. Free materials and self-assessment tools

The free tests and tools (Temperament Map, Soul Map, etc.) are intended for educational and self-exploration purposes. Results are personalised but do not constitute clinical diagnosis or therapeutic prescription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Site content is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time
We do not guarantee that the site is free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures
We are not responsible for decisions made by users based on site content or personal interpretations of materials
We are not responsible for third-party content referenced or linked from the site
Results of therapeutic processes vary from person to person and depend on individual engagement — no specific result is guaranteed

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Access is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by German/EU law for users in the European Union and Brazilian law for users in Brazil. Disputes will be resolved preferably amicably. In case of judicial litigation, the forum will be that of the consumer's domicile, as provided by law.
